This is Paracles, one of the Arigani. They’re undersea creatures who live and work with the Muirnati in the Diluvium near Fisc.

Every time Dany draw up one of the characters from my books, I swear she can see into my head! There are several Arigani in The Crystal Island, and I hope readers are eager to meet them. I know I had a lot of fun bringing them to life.
