Blog post!

Holy Cow, I forgot to blog again. It’s hard to keep up with all these things. I was on a push to get the book done (and I did! It’s at the editor). Now I’m in talks with the cover artist. Dany will create a beautiful cover, I trust her implicitly. I’m excited to see what she will come up with.

Now the work begins again. Time to get back to work and get book three rewritten. It’s mostly done, but I want to add so much to it. It’s going to wrap up the trilogy in a really great way. I want it to be bigger, and longer, and have all the things I feel were missing in the first two.

I’m happy to still be living part-time in Lysomnus, but I’m also sad. I’ve been a resident there for almost six years, and if I’m able to finish this trilogy and get it published by fall, my time there will be over. It will be hard to say goodbye to Marcus and his friends, but I’ll have to do it.

Fortunately I have another book started in a world I’m really looking forward to bring a part of. That’s one of the joys of being a writer-you get to create more worlds when you want to be a part of a new one, and creating a new family when you’re finding yourself alone.
