A real PNW tale

A friend of mine took a really cool and interesting picturing while on a hike the other day. The mountains here are beautiful and there’s always something really fascinating to see. Needless to say, this photo has stuck with me and I’ve had a story for it building in my mind.

I think it’s turning into a cryptid tale. Either a novella or a book, I’m not sure which.

Bring that I live in the PNW and there’s a very particular cryptid that people here are interested in, I’m sure people can figure out in which direction I’m taking this story…
